How Hydration 8.0 Group Challenge works:
The Challenge portion (which is individual) will be increasing your daily water intake from 16 fluid oz. to 64 fluid oz. in 28 days with the hopes that hydration will become a daily lifestyle habit. We’re participating as a group because…well, isn’t it more fun and inspiring when we make changes together?
We’ll meet as a group on Sunday evenings in February/March from 7pm-8pm (CST) via ZOOM – February Dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd and March 1st. All ZOOM calls will be recorded, and each participant will have access to these weekly recordings.
Each Week on the ZOOM Calls you will be coached on the importance of hydration AND strategies addressing…
❌Frequent urination
❌Bathroom break restrictions at the workplace
❌Boring taste of water
❌Distracted from drinking water throughout the day
❌AND any other concerns that come to mind.
You will also be invited to share your wins & challenges and be witnessed & supported by the group.

Week 1 (February 1) – begin by adding 16 fluid oz. of water to your current water intake (16 fluid oz. daily)
Week 2 (February 8) – increase your intake another 16 fluid oz. (32 fluid oz. daily)
Week 3 (February 15) – increase your intake another 16 fluid oz. (48 fluid oz. daily)
Week 4 (February 22) – increase your intake another 16 fluid oz. (64 fluid oz. daily)
“64 fluid oz. OF WATER DAILY!! WHAT!! THAT’S A LOT OF WATER!”; yes, and for a visual, if we break it down, it’s about two 32 fluid oz. spaghetti jars of water daily. AND if that feels like too much you are more than welcome to pause at 32 fluid oz. or 48 fluid oz. daily until you feel ready to increase it. This is YOUR challenge, and YOU get to control what’s right for YOU!
